I reached my next small goal. I planned to be able to fit comfortably in this leather jacket I was eyeing at this one store. It was a bit snug on me back in November. Not any more, I bought it, with a size smaller pair of pants and a size smaller sweat shirt today.
Next goal is try and drop below 280 in January before leaving for Florida next month.0 -

This is the first weight in this month I have not gained or lost weight.
I have also increased my cardio, and started weight lifting again slowly. They say your weight can initial go up for a little while when incorporating weight lifting.
I also felt I was over eating using the Harris-Benedict formula. So as of today I have switched to the Katch-McCardle formula. After reading more into it, looks like a better calculation for me.
If anyone has any other ideas suggestions please comment. Thanks!

I gained 4lb over the past 2 months due to a broken leg. My goal this month was to maintain, actually, although I lost a pound so far, so I'm ahead of the game.0

So, obviously I've got the "Christmas" gain showing this morning. I still think it's important to show the fluctuation to be accountable.
To all of us that indulged, please remember that it is NOT a failure. Get back to the logging and exercising--we have four days for the salt/carb/water bloat to subside. Good eating and moving to you all!

My weight is up, knew it would be and I am ok with it, kind-of. Need to be ok with it. It will happen when I am maintaining permanently. Last day of the break is the 4th than back to losing. My weekly weight is only up .1 of a pound, so not to bad. Just hope my weight doesn't go over 140.5lbs!!
