I'm 5'6". I think I entered 145 as my goal weight when I started MFP, but honestly I don't know what weight I want to be. I'll know when I get there. I'm not there yet.

I'm 5'6, my starting weight (started MFP again a few weeks ago) was 161lbs and I'm 152lbs currently. My goal weight is 125lbs, but that's just a number. My ultimate goal is to get to a size I feel most comfortable at, and if that happens before I reach 125 or takes more loss than that, I don't mind.

I'm 5'4 and at 135. My goal is between 120-125. But for me it's not so much about the number but how I look. I have a lot of muscle but you can't see ot because of the fat surrounding it. So my goal is to get rid of the fat so you can see my muscles!

My dr. says that 200 would be thin, given my shape and how I carry my weight. I'd love to prove I can do better, especially given the number of women on MFP at my height in the 150-165 range.

I think a size 8 is very doable because it is a two size drop from my preChristmas dinner weight. It seems crazy to me though, since I've been a 14+ since I was a preteen.

I'm 5'6" and I want to be 120. But I'm kinda muscular for a girl as it is (martial arts and stuff that I do), so I doubt I could get that thin because I don't have that much fat to burn. :/

  • The funny thing is I used to think I was 5'5" but when I took off my shoes I realized I am actually 5'4" so my goal was to shoot for between 150-165 but now I am shooting between 140-150.

I wont really know until I get down to 160ish and see if I need to keep going, but knowing me and how short I feel, I most likely will. But I have a long way to go before I cross that bridge... 80lbs to be exact.

I have no concept of what size clothing I would be at that point because I've never been below 220 before as an adult.

My starting clothing size was 20/22 at Lane Bryant. Now I wear a L shirt and size 14 jeans (Diva) at Old Navy.

    Would I be a 10 at 150? I dunno!

About 10 years ago, I started at 197 and got down to 135. I found though that I maintained much better (for a few years at least) in the 140-145 range.

I'm 5'8" and my current weight is 195 (I have quite the belly on me augh). However, with my body type (pear), my goal weight may be unattainable but I plan on trying to aim for 185 first. Then, if I feel like I want to lose more, I'll go for 175.

GW 150 - to be healthy

I'm having a weightloss reboot. I plan to loose 10lbs by the end of January. Which is a lot but I have done it before. I just need to be focused. Then I will make more manageable goals
  • I'm 5'8, currently 170. I have a lot of muscle mass so right now I'd be happy around 150-155 before I start prep for my bikini show.

At 5 foot 2, my goal is 136 pounds (e.g. top of my healthy range.) After that, I'll see. I'm thinking I'd like to get down to about 132 for some extra calorie wiggle room, but basically my goal at that point would be to focus on general cardio fitness.

The "healthy range" is very broad, and at my age (over 50), going down to my once-upon-a-time 20-something weight (when I was an eternal 112 no matter what I ate LOL) might actually not look good. When you have less "padding" on an older face, it can look haggard. Or, of course, it can look great! It depends on your own face and bone structure and so on. So I'll see. I mean, I'd love to be in the teens again if it works on me; but my main goal is overall fitness!
