We will see how things fit when I get close. I would really like to fit into my medium clothes and size 10 pants. That's probably my biggest goal.0 -
I always want to post on these threads but I get attacked0

5'11" and my target is 160. I had eating disorders as a teenager and got below 130 which for me was absolutely skeletal. I think 160 would be a healthy weight for my build.0

5'1'' with a goal of 120 but I'll be happy enough to just get back to 132, which is the highest weight for a healthy BMI at my height.0

I am 5.4 and the last time i checked i was 58-59 kgs (127 lbs -130l bs) but my goal is 51-53 kgs ( 116 lbs) i let go of myself these few months but recently started the training and diet. if i can just maintain after that then i will be fine0

SW: 221 lbs
CW: 197 lbs
GW: Someplace between 130 and 150, at which point my BMI is "normal."
I honestly haven't been under 200 since I hit my 20s, so I have no idea how far I will be able to go and be healthy. My next big goal is 185, at which point the BMI says I will no longer be "obese" and just overweight, and my BAI says I'll be close to normal, sooooo, no clue here.
Clothing sizes actually threw me off. I'm a size 11-13 in jeans depending on the brand, and a L-XL in shirts/dresses. I think if I wasn't ridiculously top heavy (36HH), I might be a M.0 -

I felt and looked great then, with a lot of muscle tone. I would love to get there again.0 -

The "healthy range" is very broad, and at my age (over 50), going down to my once-upon-a-time 20-something weight (when I was an eternal 112 no matter what I ate LOL) might actually not look good. When you have less "padding" on an older face, it can look haggard. Or, of course, it can look great! It depends on your own face and bone structure and so on. So I'll see. I mean, I'd love to be in the teens again if it works on me; but my main goal is overall fitness!
^^ good reasoning and I totally agree . I know myself I wouldn't look good at the low weight I was in my teens/20's, back then I was 122lbs. These days I am maintaining 134-136lbs (5ft 2" and 45yrs ) and this weight suits me. Mind you I work out a lot so my stats are as small as they were when I was a lot lighter but at least I haven't got that haggard look that older women can get

I plan to maintain around 112 - 115lbs but really focusing on strengthening my body and having that lean look. Weight doesn't accurately track that so I'm measuring inches now.0 -

I am more concerned with getting strong and healthy than I am about reaching an arbitrary number on the scale. If I get down to 145 and love the way I look, I'll be happy there. (*)0 -

125 is a bit of a pipe dream, and I agree with what most people on this have said. The number is just a number and doesn't mean much; what means more is how you feel! I was at 130 earlier this year, and surpassing my original goal of 135 felt amazing, especially since it happened in a healthy way. My overall goal has always been to be healthier and more active, not so much to get down to a certain number. But I gotta say, seeing 130 on the scale definitely felt good. So if I can get down to 125, great! But I'd be happy losing the 5 lbs I've gained since Thanksgiving and maintaining that weight as well. What's hard for me now is getting back on track and not gaining more weight back!0 -

I've got down to 145 in the past and I looked sick. LoL so 160 is perfect for me.0 -
I'm 5'3"/160cms and 173lb/78.5kg - my intermediate goal is 154lb/70kg and then I'll reevaluate with a view to reaching 143lb/65kg.
Of course, if I could magically grow to 5'8" or 5'9" overnight I'd be very happy!0 -

I'd probably be happy with 130, I've been there before without exercise and my body will probably look quite different there with it. I have a large frame and will see what happens once I'm there.0
