What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I was exercised, showered and dressed before my husband got home from work. That ended up being a good thing, as I spent the rest of the night at the hospital with my son.

Monday morning weigh-in :grumble: (Wasn't looking forward to this one. - included flights too and from California and the 10 hour drive to and from Iowa!) Good times though! :laugh: Really staying too high 139.7 Down 1/10 of a pound from my post Jamaica weight! The good news??? almost 3 weeks at home ahead!! My goal is to drop 1 pound per week.
