how many pancakes in a single "serving" for those calories?

This has been asked numerous times...the entire recipe is 'one serving'.

Thanks for the recipe - I will be trying these. :) I won't consume all 6, so 314 for all those pancakes ROCKS!

Tried this recipe this morning - not bad. I did have to make a few alternations due to being out of some stuff, though, but I think it turned out very well, despite that.

Subbed 1 container of Yoplait 100 Boston Cream Pie Greek yogurt for the plain
Subbed chocolate whey protein powder for vanilla (I used the Market Pantry brand, Target generic)
Added 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
    Added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

The taste is pretty good (though the batter, on its own, tastes foul) - the smell is indescribable! I will definitely add this to my weekend breakfast routine.

My version only turned out 3 large, thick pancakes, but that was more than enough. I think that I might add a little soymilk next time to the batter, because it seemed awfully thick when I put it in the pan.

With the alterations, my recipe figured up to 296 calories. The picture below, with an egg white omelette, only adds up to 386 calories total. Not bad for a healthy breakfast!

    Calories: 296
Carbs: 39g (a bit high but not awful)
    Fat: 1g
    Protein: 26g (NICE)
    Fiber: 2g

    Thanks for the recipe!

I tried these and I'm sorry, but they were terrible.

This isn't specific to these pancakes, because I've yet to come across a protein pancake that doesn't have the texture and taste of rubber. I am going to stop trying.

I let the batter for these rest a while, so there were air bubbles in it to make them airy, but they remained collapsed and bity discs of disappointment. I used total 0% and there were no substitutions or tweaks.

If my son grew up to make these and say they were better than my crepes or american style pancakes, I don't think I could recover from the heartbreak or shame.

These are great! I made them for my boyfriend and me with chocolate chips last night for a late night snack since I had a ton of calories left thanks to a long bike ride.... Anyway we both liked them and he's pretty picky :) Thanks OP!

Glad to see people are still making and enjoying these!! And yes of course the calories are going to come out slightly differently depending on what brands and products you use. The calorie count I posted is definitely accurate for the ingredients I used.

Also, just to reaffirm, the entire recipe is one serving! The nutrition facts listed are for the whole recipe.

Thanks to everyone who tried them and reported back, it makes me happy :)

34g carbs is still pretty high!
Check out my High protein Low carb Bacon maple syrup pancakes recipe with only 5g carbs AND they taste great! This recipe includes the bacon.

When I want pancakes, I make regular pancakes. The best high protein pancakes I've had were just egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese, vanilla, topped with fruit and nuts. Very yummy.
