Thank you. I'm almost 5'7 - all of my extra weight is in my legs, I just keep plugging away at it. I wear a size six pant, but have 17 inch calves :-) They're strong, but unsightly.

Well I started at 213lbs and just over half way to my goal at 37.4lbs lost and at 175.6lbs right now. I started in September 2014. I hoping to reach my goal of 140 by September 2015...we shall see.

This was a 21lbs loss.Totalling 9 1/2 inches from my belly alone. That huge tire in the middle has shrunk and I'm getting my waist back which I've also lost several inches from. I've been going since mid/end October 2014. A pause over Christmas but lost another 1lb in this last half week so back to it! Don't give up, I slip and fall sometimes but just get back on it!
My goal is 140
