    The reason is.....

    It's a myth that eating late will make you gain weight. Your body doesn't know what time it is when you eat, and it metabolizes all calories the same way, regardless of the time of day they are eaten. There is no real concern with eating late or close to bedtime, unless you find it disrupts your sleep or makes you feel a sick when you lie down to go to bed.

    im doing well with the challenges, have only missed one so far:)
    did 40mins cardio + 20mins resistance training yesterday, felt fantastic afterwards:)
    and ate an apple today:) it wasnt very nice but i ate the whole thing anyway lol

    hope everyone else is doing well with the challenges

    completed yesterday's cardio challenge by doing 60 minutes of zumba wii (what can I say? once I got started, I couldn't stop)

    I'll be able to do the fruit challenge with no problem!

    Wednesday's Challenge met- did over an hour of cardio yesterday (lots of walking in the hospital with my VERY pregnant sister!)

    geez, the highest level I ever did was 13 and its for no more than 10 minutes. You Rock!
