I have been tracking everything but I might need to bring my calories down a bit. I also might be gaining a bit of muscle mass since it had been a number of months since I've done any working out. It was my first week back so of course the number is bigger than usual. I still count it as a success. Not one day was I over my calorie limit and on many days I was under by over 100 calories. I didn't have a single snack 5 of 7 days.
Do you many calories you waste on snacks? A crapload!
However my weakness was definitely a lack of exercise. I got in 11 miles in 3 days, but then I stopped exercising due to time, my neighborhood, and how dark it's gotten each night.
I already have plans this weekend to walk a minimum of 5 miles combined, hopefully closer to 7 or 8. And I ordered a swimsuit so hopefully when it get's here I can start swimming laps.

Struggles or successes of your week: Struggles have trying to find the motivation to work out. It's been so cold here, it's been draining any motivation I have to do things. I got 2 good workouts in this week and 2 not really giving it my all workouts in.
Successes of the week have been that I actually remembered to log my food most days. This has always been a struggle of mine, so I am looking at it as a success that I logged more than normal!0 -
