    I'm late too but same here... been logging steadily since 1/02/2015. Fell off the wagon after losing over 70 lbs last year and gained back 25 lbs by stressing myself out :(

    Struggle: meeting my protein daily intake was hard.
    Success: I lost water weight. Been making sure I drink more water. Temptation for pop and sweets at work is easier to resist which makes me very happy!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I would like to say that this week was perfect, but it didn't. Although I did my exercises religiously, I eaten a lot of things that I couldn't. Let's do better this week. ;)

    Struggles or successes of your week: Struggles have trying to find the motivation to work out. It's been so cold here, it's been draining any motivation I have to do things. I got 2 good workouts in this week and 2 not really giving it my all workouts in.

    Successes of the week have been that I actually remembered to log my food most days. This has always been a struggle of mine, so I am looking at it as a success that I logged more than normal!

    STRUGGLE: I'm disappointed that I didn't lose more this week. I know it takes time and that I need to be patient, and I am, but I do feel a bit disappointed. Usually the first week is the biggest loss.

    SUCCESSES: I was within my calorie goal for the week, and I finished all of my cardio and strength training workouts!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Prior to the holidays my weight was down to 193.5 but I completely fell off the wagon and gained quite a bit of that back. I think my biggest struggle is wanting to participate in what everyone else is doing but I know that ultimately I am the one paying the price. So I joined the gym this week and have moved into the proverbial wagon (forever)!!! LOL. This challenge is a great idea and I love being accountable to someone other than myself, people who understand my struggles and accomplishments!! Thanks and good luck y'all!!!

    Struggles or successes of your week: on vacation/TOM, gained a bit of water weight this week. Not super upset about it, expecting to lose a few lbs by next week! Considering a few months ago I was 175.6, I am still feeling good.

    Success - Started turbo fire and going strong on Week 2, Drinking 3 litres of water is not so hard anymore!
    Struggle - I had a few extra treats sitting down for dinner with friends twice this week. Went over my calorie goal almost thrice!

    Struggles or successes of your week: happy to lose almost 4 pounds in a week (thanks water weight!). managed to set up a regular gym sesh with some friends. struggle this week was being on my period and my fiance's mom gifting us a huge thing of lindor truffles...they did not last very long.
