I have used MFP in the past and tracked everything. I lost 30lbs almost 2 years ago. I put 12 back on and currently want to loose another 40lbs. I'm sure this is attainable but need to find my motivation. My husband and I are planning a get away after Easter so it would be awesome to loose 20 by Easter. So tonight I joined this group and logged everything that I ate today. Now I need to get my motivation to get moving. My husband works night shift so I will do some exercising after I get my children to bed. I can do this!!! Can't wait to read everyone's progress and get excited when I see what I am capable of! One question how do you all stay motivated? I do get discouraged easily when I slip up

Just started my T25 videos again tonight (never finished the program before). I'm worn out, but now I feel so much better after a long day!
@Arkie_Ali I love the T25... It is really hard but it makes me feel so good even just barely getting through one workout. Keep it up!0 -

Good morning, losers!
Looks like everyone is on the right track as there were losers having a loss recorded yesterday. Let's not forget that just getting through the day on plan (whichever yours may be) is a NSV in itself!
This is a no gym day for me so I have done a walking DVD and had breakfast. It's rainy again today but I still plan to get out and go to the store to pick up a few things and that will get some more walking in.
I hope everyone has a wonderful, productive, and mindful day.
Just for today, stay strong!

Good morning,
Marie - Your group is really expanding and everyone is checking in on a daily basis.
SUPER JOB EVERYONE!
It's so nice to have Alice with you on this journey. Alice, your mom is so sweet we know each other from the Sneakers thread.
It is cold today, it will be down to 1F tonight. I joined a choir so our first rehearsal is tonight. Soooo cold!
Last night we had dinner with friends and my friend prepared foods to go with our eating plan and it worked out great. I am up a little this morning because of two glasses of wine but that is okay I will take that off.
Good luck this week all you losers!

Thank you Caliecat I'm actually feeling much much better today! My lip is healing nicely and although it's still a bit painful there's no lasting damage. Was very happy to get back out there and run today. It really puts me in a good mood for the day!

Hi Marie!
Tuesday/Thursday I workout at home. Monday, Wednesday, Friday are Aquafit and personal training days.
When I workout at home and go to the store I can get in more steps. Can't wear the Fitbit in the pool at the gym so those steps aren't included.
Have a good one!

So sorry for the loss of your mom. I can so relate. I lost dad, only sibling sister, and mom in the span of five years. I've gained roughly 50 pounds in that time. I self-medicated with food and sometimes when depression hits, it's hard to stay on plan. This time, though, I just keep moving, come to this site, and concentrate on other things to keep from going to the dark side!
It can be tough, but we must remain strong!

Yes, I would like to join also. I am doing a modified medifast eating program but with 2 lean and gree meals per day not just one. Keeping my calories to ~1200 - ~1350. So far it is working I have lost 5 lbs.

Do spinning bike classes 3 - 4 time per week for cardio workout 1/2 hour 3 times per week with trainer. Now I gotta keep my eating in check.
