I've already met Friday's challenge. I went to the gym for 50 minutes this morning. I'm getting ready to go take a walk outside and will probably do zumba on wii later!0

week 1 (5/9)- 140lbs
Total Loss- 3lbs this week!!!!!!
I don't know if it matters, but I met every mini challenge this week too (except answering questions- oops).

Monday- eat 2 low calorie snacks. DONE
Tuesday- lift some weights (more muscle burns more calories) DONE
Wednesday- another 20 mins or cardio DONE
Thursday- eat some type of fruit DONE, I EAT FRUIT EVERYDAY
Friday- 20 mins of cardio DONE
Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water DONE
Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt!

Monday- eat 2 low calorie snacks. DONE ate a low fat yoghurt tub and 12 nuts:)
Tuesday- lift some weights FAIL did this on monday and muscles were wat too fatigued to do again
Wednesday- another 20 mins of cardio DONE i did 40 mins cardio and 20 mins weights today:)
Thursday- eat some type of fruit DONE i eat fruit often, today it was an apple and a weight watchers fruit salad tub:)
Friday- 20 mins of cardio DONE i walk 30mins altogether to and from the trainstation to work everyday:)
Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water DONE i drink plenty of water everyday, that and herbal teas:)
Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt! DONE already bin out playing with my dog, and doing washing
WEIGH IN- lost 1/2 a kg but im happy with that as i had been stuck on 77kg for 3 weeks, aiming to double that this week and lose 1kg:)

I drank lots of water today......around 7 glasses...
I weighed in tonight, and happy to report down by 5.6lbs.
SW (May 1)- 215.2
CW (May 7) - 209.6

I've meant most of the goals this week. I started off slow this week, but ended up losing more than i ever thought I could. Im down to 212 pounds.that is a loss of 5 pounds for the week.0
