Struggles or successes of your week: (1/8) I would like to say that this week was perfect, but it didn't. Although I did my exercises religiously, I eaten a lot of things that I couldn't. Let's do better this week.
Struggles or successes of your week: (1/15) This last week was very hard, because I was sick most of the week and when began to eat again, I ate a lot of things (A LOT). The exercises was well and monday, probably, I'm going back to the gym. Better weeks are coming.
Struggles or successes of your week: (1/22). I went back to the gym /O/ I'm happy and a little sore. I hope that the next week will be less painful.

Lost 2.2 this week. if you look at how much ive lost this month you could actually say its been a healthy loss. 2 pounds pretty much per week. I feel pretty confident about that. If I can Do this again in February then ill be able to get to pretty much my first goal weight. Im planning on losing 40 pounds by June 1st and so far it looks obtainable. Great success! The Daniel fast is helping me keep on track. Fruits, veggies, grains---no meats, breads, sweets. We'll see how that plays out for weight loss after I am off the fast February 1.

I injured the back of knee/hamstring on Sunday. It felt really tight. I went to hard at the gym on Saturday, and Sunday. This forced me to not be able to work out all week.
I ate under my calorie intake all week but It was not as healthy as it should have been.
Also I did not drink enough water all week. This morning I can tell my body is holding water.
Also I have been have skin issues so I plan to see the doctor about them today.
Overall I am proud of myself. In two months I lost 14 pounds! 7 pounds the last two months!
Onwards to the February Weight Loss Challenge!

Successes: It's only been 2 days but I dropped down to 145 from 146 (which I had anticipated, I think I was holding on to some water weight) so that's exciting! I go by 5 pound milestones so I am always excited to meet one. But now on to 140 for February!
Struggles: I have been having a couple of "I am hungrier than usual" days that I am trying to battle, but I have been and so far so good. I probably need to eat more but I will experiment with it.0 -

Struggles or Successes of your week: Less than a pound short of my goal This is because I did a tattoo on Friday (as a reward for hitting less than 100kg) and couldn't do any exercise since (I usually ride my bike 1h/day, ~600kcal). Also, I attended two barbecues (Brazilian style, lots of meat and beer, all day long) on the weekend. I didn't overeat nor overdrink, but neither did I worried too much about my caloric intake. No regrets, I enjoyed myself a lot. I consider this month a success.
Just hit 50lbs lost! Huge milestone. Only 13 lbs left to reach my ideal weight. I hope to acomplish that by the first half of March0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Really think these last few days are skewed somehow. Did well with eating and all during the well but didn't lose any weight. Then overnight I'm down two pounds. Feel like it is skewed. BUT that being said I achieve my first goal for 2015. I lost about 6% this month and ran just over 100 miles. I'm in a much better position than I was last year at this time.
