I actually stayed about the same.
Regimen:
4 days, 45min cardio, plus weight training.
5 days strict 1450 cal home-made meals, plus 2 (sat & sun) 1650cal cheat days. The original plan was to workout 7 days, but work schedule and life got in the way.
The plan for this week: Stick to the same caloric goal, but add a 5th day of cardio/weight training.0 -
