    This felt like a slow week, but I've been doing my 10 km walks every other day, and looks like I lost 1.5 kg this week anyway :). Two weeks ago I tried on a pair of unused jeans I had in the closet that I bought a couple of years ago, but I could never real fit into them, and they fit perfectly. This week, they feel a little big...

    1 pound gone woohoo!

    I am rather impressed cos I only went to the gym once last week :( Ive been very busy with work.

    Hopefully joining a group will hope me stay more motivated! Its nice to have a bit of friendly competition :)

  • Well had a gain this week for the first time HOWEVER it was expected as had a girly weekend away with a LOT of eating and drinking....so weigh in today is 185.4.
    Next week will definately be better though as back to being good and working hard! :)

    228.8 (SW) as of April 29th

    Must admit after a weekend partying with college friends I don't doubt that number may increase this week but I hopefully like April I will start slow and finish strong.

    I actually stayed about the same.

    Regimen:
    4 days, 45min cardio, plus weight training.
    5 days strict 1450 cal home-made meals, plus 2 (sat & sun) 1650cal cheat days. The original plan was to workout 7 days, but work schedule and life got in the way.

    The plan for this week: Stick to the same caloric goal, but add a 5th day of cardio/weight training.
