Happy weekend! One client this morning then strength training class. DD is going to a bday party. Not much after that, but laundry to do.
Cardio: jog/walk- 2 miles (300 calories)
Strength: NONE
Assessment: I did good yesterday.0 -

Cardio: 9 mile run. Ouch - haven't run this far since November. Have a half in 3 weeks!

Assessment: I did alright over the weekend. On track.0 -

Strength: hamstrings and shoulders- lying leg curls, seated leg curls, shoulder press, side laterals, machine rear laterals. 12,10,8,6 reps for 4 sets.

Happy Humpday! 1 new client this morning, then strength then TKO tonight. This new client has COPD and it's been awhile since I've dealt with one, so I need to brush up on my knowledge.

Strength: chest- incline bench, Hammer bench, dips, seated flyes. 12,10,8,6 x 4
Assessment: Not so good yesterday. With my DD gone, I decided to eat out all day yesterday.0 -
