    Happy Friday everyone! Weekend's a'comin'!

    Cardio: commute to and from work today; 16miles all round.

    Strength: bodyweight push-ups, diamond and pike pushups, handstands. Yoga practise.

    Assessment: Good energy.
    Yep. Weekends end up being demises for most people. Just stay the course!

    Ran in my first 10k race. It was a beach run at night. So much fun! 1 hour, 22 minutes.
