    Strength training: Strong Lifts 5x5

    Squat: 45lb - form finally feels good. Going to add more weight next time.

    OHP: 57.5lb

    Deadlift: 160lb (2x5)

    2x10 push ups, 3x10 one-legged hip bridges.

    Cardio: trail run/walk mix for 2.5 miles. We had to cut it short as it got dark earlier than expected. 44 minutes.

    Happy TGIF and LCW! One client this morning then TKO this evening. DD's 1st Annual Fun run (to raise money for the school) is today. My DD's pledged to run 2 miles in 45 minutes!

    Strength: Tri-set workout.

    Assessment: I did good this weekend even with a 9ers loss.
