I'll give it a go... though 3500 calories is a LOT for me - i usually get about 2000 on a good week. (3 zumba classes and some walking)0

Eek - didn't do the best last week (didn't get many workouts in and then stopped counting the portions) BUT - I am IN for this week! Even when I don't meet the challenge, I appreciate having little goals in mind that help with my overall awareness of health and fitness. Yay for new weeks and being able to start over!0

Ok so a dilemma I have for you guys: On Saturday I am moving and so my whole day will be consumed with that and not include a workout.....BUUUUUT I think carrying a lot of heavy furniture and boxes out of one apartment and into another will certainly burn a few calories, so any suggestions as to how I should log it?
(I don't generally bother to count any activities other than actual working out or riding my horse, so I'm not sure what would be a good match)0 -
