My sister was in town this weekend and I banked calories at the beginning of the week so I could eat more this weekend. Ended up not eating out much and 500+ calories under my goal for the week. Now the question is, do I splurge today or take that 1/7 th of a pound loss on the scale....0 -

Struggles & Strengths: Struggle to make myself exercise everyday.-- However when I do exercise, I have a good session. I also eat high calorie foods late in the day, but logging in the diary is helping me with this.

I went to the gym more than one day a week for the first time in probably close to two years. Went 5 times!
There are a lot of temptations at work. In one week: 3 days of cake, 1 day of 5 cheesecakes, 3 days of cookies, 1 day of pizza and beer, 2 days of lunch foods (steak, sandwiches, etc). I indulged in a small piece of King Cake and 1 cookie. Really trying to avoid the free food all together.
Also, going out is a huge struggle. I did really well limiting my alcohol intake this weekend though.

Struggles or successes of your week: Well...I can attribute some of this loss to working hard, but the rest I attribute to the food poisoning I had over the weekend. I woke up this morning and weighed 185 (I was finally able to keep food down yesterday), so we'll see how the rest of the week progresses. I guess for this week I'm going to see how much of this loss was real and sustainable...0 -

Struggles or success for the week: I wasn't able to workout Friday-Sunday because of a kidney stone. I know that some of my lose is "hidden" because of the IV's and this really salty BBQ hubby brought home Saturday night. I knew I shouldn't have eaten it.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I went out to Buffalo Wild Wings on Saturday for my hubby's birthday, but kept my calories in check, pretty proud of that. I've actually done really well this week as far as staying on track. Hopefully I can do the same next week. I started using an activity tracker on Friday (Jawbone), and so far it has really helped motivate me to move more.0 -

I had a pretty good week. Hit the gym 4/7 days and have been pre-making meals so that I don't have to think about what to fuel my body with. Sticking mainly to fish/white chicken and clean eating (raw/steamed veggies and no pop). Here's to another 5 lbs before 2/28.0 -

This is the biggest 1 week loss I've had since I started trying in Nov. Breaking 160 was a big deal since I haven't seen that in about 20 yrs. We had Sun yesterday so I took the pups to the park. The reason I started this was more mental the weight loss and going to the park yesterday was also a] big for me. About 2 1/2 yrs ago we would go 4-5 times a week and slowly quit completely. Too bad the weather isn't going to hold but I'm going to keep the positive attitude.0 -
