    I think we all have a thing we gravitate to, but to me the obvious answer is -if a person has a 'best' feature, they tend to play to thier strenghts, and then that's what gets noticed. (unless, like the OP. you have several best features and then we just lose our minds).

    Yes, triangle/pear and tube shapes are what's "in" these days in America. Guys only want a tall supermodel type of woman or one who has a round bubble butt with very toned thighs.

    As a woman with a natural hourglass figure who places more emphasis on the curve of her waist and hip rather than her derriere this is unfortunate for me.

    That's not to say I don't have a good lower half.. cos I do.. but it's not the preferred type at the moment :p
