Slowly working on 2 half sleeves, likely to eventually become full sleeves. I have always worked in professional environments that require a suit, so I have never really given it much thought.0

My only regret is that I didn't plan an entire piece. Instead, I had a little work here and there and then had to try and tie it all in together.0

No regrets here.0

I have two tattoos one on my left calf and the other is on my fight foot/ankle. Both have meaning to me and I don't regret them one bit. I am going to get another one done on my ribs but I need to find an artist to draw something up.
I have them on my legs because I work as an Occupational Therapist with geriatrics. It's not considered professional (in the company I work for) to have visible tats. I like having them where they are easily covered, or uncovered, as the situation calls for it0 -
I'm turning 30 this year and only just now getting started on a half sleeve! Everyone told me when I was younger that I shouldn't do it because I'll regret it (I do have a couple anyway) but I figure if I still haven't changed my mind at 30 then I never will. Tattoos are beautiful and I personally feel they enhance a person, I'm an illustrator and I just see skin as another canvas! Each to their own.0

I'm getting a half sleeve dne when I hit goal. It's my reward. Who is going to make me regret it?0
-
I would love to get a full sleeve. Only on four tattoos just now haha0

Wouldn't be able to get a sleeve due to my job - and I literally roll my sleeves up all the time. I have one tattoo though, on my rib so hidden away but I love it & don't regret it. Hopefully getting my second in the next few months0

No regrets. At one point I debated whether to get colored tats but sticking to black has worked out perfectly.0

I think that is very importat. Tattoos should have meaning to you because your going to live wit them for the rest of your life. So, unless the emaning changes there shouldntbe any regrets.0 -

*kitten* got me trippin' this morning! @salembambi0 -
Due to my job I can't have any visible tattoos so all mine are hidden. I am actually getting my sidepiece drawn out too. That will be my next big investment.0

I have several tattoos & plan on getting more. However, due to my job/company policy, I cannot get any ink that can be seen by the public while I'm working, so arms etc are off-limits. I work with a couple of guys who are required to wear long-sleeves year-round to hide their tattoos.0

Quarter sleeve and also chest tats that can be seen with average clothing. I got these as an adult already because when I was younger I could not save up enough money for this kind of ink! I'm a copy editor. I am not in the public eye. But also, if I ever *have* to hide the ink, I still can, with more conservative clothing types. So far it has caused me zero problems.0

Almost got a half sleeve. Glad I didn't because it would have killed my chances in law enforcement. Anything showing below a short sleeve shirt0
-
I actually just finished my left sleeve. Although my boss doesn't care about the ink, I like to wear long sleeve from time to time if I think it is appropriate, just the same if I'm going to a place I prefer not to show my ink.
Not only I have never regretted my tattoos, but I'm also getting my right sleeve next year.0 -
I got my first tattoo a little over a year ago and went large. It took me 12 years to decide what I wanted! I finally have something that I love and have a very deep meaning to me.

That's all I see in prison is trash covered with tattoos. It's like a mark of trouble. I don't think I could even be friends with someone with tattoos....they might try to steal my stuff!!!!
Why would you even come on a forum and spout this type of crap?
Some of the kindest and nicest people I know wear tattoos, and with pride, and some of the biggest *kitten* wipes don't.And no I have never been in jail before or even in trouble with the law and I wear tattoos. As a matter of fact I have often thought my next tattoo will read "I do not judge you because you don't wear tattoos"

My entire left calf is tattooed, I often forget it's there until I am in the shower then it's like...oo! Pretty!!
Amen. I have a rather large tattoo on my hip, that usually is covered, even by booty shorts (I placed it just right). But I have to be naked and looking in a mirror to see it well. That being said, I LOVE my tattoos. I have two, but you can't see them unless I show them. I got them at ages 25 and 26 with additions at age 28. I would get more, but I'm not sure that any others could have the same amount of meaning and balance that these ones already do.0 -
Hang on a sec,I should of checked your profile first this is a wind up right ?, you are covered in them bud, lol. Shirts don't do it for me I am more of a t shirt person so kinda stuck there, plus even more wear shirts haha0
