Struggles or successes of your week: I've been really sick all week, but I forced myself to eat and log. I didn't get to add my workouts, but that will come when I'm feeling a bit stronger.
I do have a question. If you stay under the 1200 calories, it says it won't show certain functions and that you're not eating enough. But isnt that 1200 the goal?
Honestly your body needs at least 1200 calories no matter what your weight. Eating that little just puts your body into starvation and you could end up gaining weight.0 -

after three weeks of getting up at 4 am to cross train with cardio, abs, and decent (8#) weights, I feel like a different person than I did when we started. I feel stronger, way more confident, and generally more optimistic. It is frustrating that I am the kind of person that builds muscle quickly (and lose it quickly) so that I don't notice a huge scale change when I stop working out, but when I get back into it I always see plateaus and increases. I KNOW that muscle weighs more than fat and has less volume, so I KNOW that these are positive signs of my body changing, but the reports and groups are designed around losing pounds which I still have not done.
I know there are areas in which to improve. I'm not kidding myself on that.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I felt very hungry again this week, so I upped my calories. My goal is still -2 lbs per week, but -1.5 coming from diet and -0.5 coming from exercise. Workouts have been good this week; I increased to 3 days / week lifting - all complete body workouts. I have to pick up an extra -0.2 to meet the goal for the month - uggghhhh!0 -

I took a look at your food diary for the last week, and it shows that you are consuming A LOT of sodium and not that much water (that is logged). That could have an effect on your weight gain too. Maybe try decreasing your sodium intake, or trying to up your water intake more?0 -

Honestly, I couldn't believe the scale this morning. I had stayed at 169 all week then was down 2.6 lbs this morning! I haven't been able to exercise this week because of the weather delaying school and work, so I've just been relying on diet, which has honestly been a little over 1200 calories this week. Struggles or successes of your week: I had a pretty rough week for willpower and had 8000 calorie days for 3 days out of the previous week. I know it is majorly water weight and i should still be around 170 but considering my birthday is this weekend, i know this is going to be the average for the last week of feb also. It was a good challenge overall and I am glad i was able to lose some proper body fat. The numbers on the scale are only a tiny part of the big picture. Hoping March comes with better results. Will still aim to eat well till Thursday and possibly update my weight then before i go ham again (I jump easily by 5 - 8 pounds after cheat days).0 -

Struggles successes for week: First issue-husband wanted pizza Friday night. I only had one piece and it sure was good! Second issue: went out to eat to celebrate bonus - had steak ( 6 oz.), baked tato-plain, and creamed spinach ), 2 glasses red wine. Walked on treadmill only 2x the whole week..Definitely on track to do better this week!

Keeping up with logging on time and accurately. There have been a couple of meals that were served to me so I couldn't control the given portion size and only estimate the consumed portion. Good practice for the uncontrolled real world of food.
I have also been struggling with a chocolate desire I have had to give in to. On a winning side I can finally wear my high calf boots without them scrunching at my ankles. Progress is progress and is motivation enough.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I sometimes get really frustrated when I know I've eaten good and healthy and worked my butt off the entire week and still don't see much of an improvment on the scale when I weigh myself.... But I also need to remind myself that Rome wasn't built in one day either and that sometimes it'll just take a little more time
I kind of reach a wall every few weeks where it seems like I just can't lose any weight but eventually it'll start dropping again!
And considering that I've already lost 13,2 lbs since mid Dec. I still am proud of what I've acomplished so far. And I know that even though it may not be this month that I'll reach my goal, I'll eventually get there

Struggles or successes of the week(2/17): Can't say I've had any. I was craving sweet things on Sunday and I did eat a little over my daily calories but it wasn't a train wreck. It's the first time I've been in the 57 range so I'm quite psyched about that!
Struggles or successes of the week(2/24): I went to the gym!!! Twice even! Was sore for days but totally worth it. Work has me tied down this week but will try to get in at least one session at the gym this week.
I cooked dinner for a few friends two days ago and it was a healthy meal. The problem came when it was time for dessert. My goodness did we splurge! So that was a minor struggle but it doesn't seem to have affected me on the scale which I'm happy about. I've already surpassed my goal weight so I'm not stressing too much
