    Did anyone get it right yet? Exercise, avoid saturated and trans fats, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, reduce stress, avoid smoking, maintain healthy cholesterol level.

    Also, no one has challenged me yet. Throttlboy, I challenge you to do 20 minutes of strength training on Thursday..

    cdemumbran...I challenge you to avoid eating any junk food (fried foodb, sweets, etc.) on Thursday.

    err. you suck! LOL but with my going out of town for a funeral, my family eats good during mourning...hello cheesecake! I'll take your challenge! I will be out of town until Friday morning....so while I will be able to log what I am eating, I wont be able to post.

    The first row is your SW and 2nd is your CW and 3rd row is YOUR percent lost so far.
    If you look below there is a big number that is your teams SW and then 2nd is your teams CW and then 3rd row is percent lost.

    Keep blood pressure within normal rang
    try to stay as stress free as possible
    and have regular health screenings ( blood pressure cholestrol and diabetes)
