I go in phases but most often it's peanut butter, milk (a cup or less is plenty, and its often with the peanut butter), and lately, pistachios.0

Spark. I'm not a coffee drinker so I have to have my spark everyday. Also next would be cheese. I love cheese. Trying not to overdo it so try to do mini babybel light or mozzarella string cheese.0

I'm fairly sure chocolate takes up about 25% of my day. I have a little bit at every meal. I make a killer protein mug cake and snack size Snickers keep me from eating that one pound Snickers that I've seen in stores. Although I would love to devote a day to just that if I decided to ignore my macros.0

There is an old thread around here from a guy who decided to eat nothing but snickers bars (within his calorie goal), all day. I love it. I considered it with reeses but I feel like snickers are probably more filling.0 -
