Thanks for the birthday wishes and encouraging comments. I had an excellent first day. I did yoga this morning and then got busy on the "junk room", got 10 boxes of "stuff" packed up and ready for donation. We have been avoiding that room for a year so it feels really good to get it done. Now I have a place to do my yoga every day (new resolve)! I downloaded a yoga app on my Kindle so hopefully I can see it well enough to follow along. It's not easy working out with 2 dogs "helping" so I will have to shut them out.
Meg: I had a black lab that had Cushings. With medication he healed up and was a happy old man for years.
For every one having issues, tomorrow is a new month and hopefully it will all get better.
Have to sign out for tonight, dinner is waiting!

Happy March to all!
My birthday was March 1st. Wanted to have lost some weight ,but did not
But I need to be positive and start with March 1st goals.
Do 1thing I enjoy every day
Try 1new recipe a week
Add 1 glass of water every day
Do NOT miss 1day of logging
Make 1positive statement a day

That proves to me that I'm not committed!
I really am having a difficult time keeping motivated.
It helps to read what you all post, it's inspiring!

I posted here awhile back to say that hubby was having a lump removed and that we had been told that it was cancer.
His hand recovered pretty well and he has now regained full use of the hand.
When he went back for results, they told is that something was wrong with the results, so they had to be retested.
This week we went back again and were finally told the results. He does not have cancer - it wasa false positive, which is why the retests took so long.
Thank you for your support. I felt unable to post about it, so sorry.0 -
