If you look below there is a big number that is your teams SW and then 2nd is your teams CW and then 3rd row is percent lost.

Can you be more specific on other chronic illnesses?
diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, copd, the list goes on and on...basically is what I am saying is take your medications and see your doctor regularly.0 -

For dinner - Protein shake.
Now, for your challenge, partner!!!
before you post tomorrow, do 100 crunches, 100 squats and 3 planks for 30 seconds each!
We'll be #1 next week!
