Wow, this is more common than I thought. This is my biggest issue. Guess I'll start this tomorrow night since I just saw this. Good luck everyone !

I don't think this one applies to me that much. I'm a night owl. I just ate my 2nd meal of the day and it's 3am I'll be awake til 6. Is that late night snacking?

LNS is my biggest barrier to weight loss. I am feeling determined to give up this bad habit. I have been telling myself "the kitchen is closed" after dinner. The biggest challenge has been finding other ways to relieve stres.

Stayed within my calories this past week, but could have done better and cut back some of the late night trips to the snack cupboard.

I had a challenging night last night. I had been planning to have a yogurt but by the end of the day I did not have any calories left. I FOUND MYSELF CRUISING AROUND THE FRIDGE LIKE A SHARK AROUND A RAFT FULL OF PEOPLE! So I drank some extra water and focused on prayer and bible study. I was able to beat LNS into submission!

I was sick yesterday and once I got better, I was barreling through the cupboards like a maniac. I ended up throwing back up what I ate, but the truth of the matter is that I was LNSing at its worse.

So I am back to square one on my 30 day change challenge.

    LNS: 1

    30 days left. (Again :\ )

Night time is the worse for me. I know I'm usually tired, and I have some classes that keep me up later than 8, sometimes 9 pm. Then I get home and have trouble winding down so I can sleep. The food has become a part of readying me for sleep, but I eat until I'm full, which I really don't need, but I crave it. I need to learn a new way to settle myself down without food. Any suggestions?

Nights are so hard. Brush your teeth at eight. That helps me. Then when I want to snack it is more inconvenient.
