    Just for today.
    1) Drink at least 60oz of water which is only three of my water tumblers.
    2) Go for a walk after work instead of going into the kitchen to mindlessly snack after work.

    Haha!! Yes that would be easiest :p I guess it's like a little challenge to myself. I'm horrible at resisting candy so if I can not eat my most fave kind then I'm pretty happy with myself.

    I never log in to MFP on the weekends so here I am on Monday....

    Just for today......
    I'm super tired for some reason so I am going to make myself get away from my desk at lunch. If not, by the end of the day that Cadbury egg will be in my mouth. Bad decisions happen when I'm tired and exercise helps wake me up.

    I will drink lots of water

    I will go for a long walk when I get home from work

    I will log all my food
    I will focus on only today leaving the past in the past and trusting that the future will be ok
    I will be kinder to myself
    I will drink more water
    I will post my quote for my quote a day challenge
    I will add more friends to help keep me interested in mfp :)

    I'm new to this thread but I absolutely love this idea. For today I will

    1. Log everything that I eat
    2. Stay within my calorie goal
    3. Drink at least 2 litres of water
    4. Go to the gym

    Well I blew off any goals I had this weekend, it was my sons 18th birthday and we had a BBQ so I pigged out and didn't get any exercise in because of the rain. I am a little discouraged because I have not lost any weight in 2 months and I weigh more than I did when I joined MFP. So just for today 3/9
    1) I will run even if it's raining
    2) stick to calorie goal
    3) 80 oz water
    4) no eating after dinner

    1) eat fat free tomato soup for breakfast
    2) do 40 minutes fast walking on the treadmill
    3) drink 2 litres of water

    - stick to calorie limit. I can do this I just need to get back into the habit

    Sunday:
    1. 10,000 gosh-darn steps! :D:D:D FINALLY DID IT!
    2. Do some gardening AND get to the gym :) Well, I got my entire terrace and half of my community garden plot cleared (90 mins gardening) so I will call that good
    3. Eat 3 real meals :D:D:D

    Sort-of, kind-of on track again, though I am still sick and not as strong as usual.

    Monday:
    1. 10,000 steps
    2. Get outside and enjoy the sun (gardening)
    3. Work on cooking/meal planning for the next few days
