    So yesterday I got half my goals. I didn't do squats :( but that's ok today is a new day so I get to try again. Just for today 3/7
    1) water water water
    2) 5 mile walk/run
    3) SQUATS
    4) resist the leftover pizza

    Feeling frustrated. Missed all my goals yesterday. Let work stress get the best of me.

    Today 3/7
    70 min long run
    Forgive myself for yesterday
    Log everything
  • For today, I will eat 1600 calories, drink 10 glasses of water, and get at least 10,000 steps in (today is my off day for working out.)

    Yesterday went pretty well so today 3/7, I will:
    Finish my crochet project
    Log everything
    Drink 8 cups of water
    Exercise 5 minutes

    2. Take a walk outside. :smiley:
    3. Ignore the m&ms
    4. Be creative

    Just for today...
    I will not eat the bag of chips...even though they are calling my name.
    I am on day 10 of my 60 day PiYo program, and so far this is by far the hardest day I have had staying committed to eating right and exercising...all I want is a huge plate of fries with gravy and a big juicy hamburger!

    2. Eat lots of veggies.
    3. MAKE time to meditate.
    4. Keep an open heart....

    I was good yesterday. Ran & got lots of steps.

    Saturday:
    1. 10,000 steps or bust! Seriously, I often do 20,000...I should be able to get there. :'(:'(:'( 9,175 and I really could not do more. Very frustrated.
    2. Get out of the house...maybe get to the gym and do something small. :)
    3. Eat good food/real meals. :| Well, I had two meals. Hope to be able to stomach 3 today.

    Sunday:
    1. 10,000 gosh-darn steps!
    2. Do some gardening AND get to the gym
    3. Eat 3 real meals

    So haven't been on here for a few days. Crazy few days away with work and then family staying the weekend. Plus a streaming cold that my body is healing quickly from.
    I've eaten a lot more than normal, some of which I'm okay about. I did make some good choices too and it could have been worse.
    Tomorrow is a new day and week and I'm getting right back on it.

    Goal for March overall is 6 lbs.

    Monday's goals are:
    - stick to gross calorie limit
    - go to bootcamp and do whatever I can there (still have remnants of a cold)
    - be proud of what I've achieved overall so far and keep focusing on how great I'm going to feel and look when I hit my overall target. ☺

    Been crazy busy since my daughter arrived Wednesday! We ended up taking Joey for a couple days so logging was a challenge! Wow, I forgot what it's like having a four year old around day/night, lol I was able to get a couple runs in, yay!

    This next week I'll be able to be more consistent here, hopefully!

    @Joan, I really hope your able to get to spend time with your son & grand kids!

    -run and play soccer with kids for 30 min or so
    -yoga 30 min or so
    -9 cups of water
    -2 cups of tea instead of 1 cup of coffee

    3. Stick like glue to 1200 calories
    4. Cut up veggies
    5. Go to work
