Just for today I will continue with leash training my lab Roxie by taking a mile walk twice a day with her and at the end of the training we both get rewarded. My dog Roxie is 1 year and 2 months old.0

2. Manage a morning walk or bike ride before the rain pours down

New to the community and this post. It's just what I need! My goal for today is to get my water and protein in for the day. I've been lagging in both areas and that accounts for the stagnant weight loss, I know.0

Just for today I will put what I PLAN to eat in my mouth and not stray from logging my calories. Time to get back in the zone! This is a fantastic thread idea.1

Yesterday, Tuesday, 3/17
1. Log everything I eat. E ven if I close my diary for the nite, go back in and log if I eat more unplanned food.
2. Exercise - walk tonite minumum 30 minutes Walked 4.75 miles!
3. Do not let the scales numbers this morning discourage me. Keep going. I need to STOP weighing! It is so discouraging to see the scale go up, when I have been doing so much better.
Just for today, 3/18
1. log everything I eat
2. exercise min 30 minutes
3. concentrate on drinking more water

Just for today
- Go for a run!
- Drink 80 oz of liquids
- Take some quiet time to stretch and center the mind a bit.
Did not go fit a run do to an unexpected visit to the vet. That's life. Was very frazzled due to this, so my quiet time was sacrificed. Did drink water and stay in my calorie goal though, so that's all good.
Today:
- Workout!
- Stay under calorie limit
- Get to bed before 11pm0 -
Just for today (Tuesday )
1. 1/2 hour treadmill.
2. Stick to 1200 calories
I'm afraid I over did it on Monday and then didn't sleep well Monday night. Missed on both of my goals yesterday.

1. Finish my bible study and enjoy time with my friend
2. Exercise 1 hour
3. Be Very Careful to log everything and stick to 1200 calories
4. Give away large quantity of hugs and kisses today

Yesterday was my first day to do this. I love the idea and really liked focusing on a couple of areas to meet my goals!
Yesterday - Tuesday 3/17
- Walk 10,000 steps Had to pace my living room for a few minutes before bed but just barely got there!
- Drink 20 glasses of water
- Eat a healthy lunch at our office luncheon Kept it light, and it was really yummy! After lunch, multiple coworkers were groaning about being overly full and needing a nap, and I felt great!!
- Eat my full 1300 calories (I usually don't hit this amount and yesterday was more than 100 under) I tracked under 1300 but who knows what the catered lunch really was. I used the Moe's website to estimate, but I could have been off.
Today - Wednesday, 3/18
- Get up and do my workout video already failed. I need to get back on track tomorrow
- Celebrate my victories!
- Hit 10,000 steps0 -

Take 2 identical glass jars. Label one with "Pounds to Go" and the other with "Pounds Lost" (or some similar meaning--whatever words work for you ) Take as many glass beads/pebbles/marbles/"stones" (something pretty ) as you have to lose and put those in the pounds to go jar. Move the stones over as you lose the weight. For some of you, the jars would be a bit bigger with lots of stones, but what an incredible visual once the "Pounds Lost" jar starts to be the fuller one! Having this up on my kitchen window sill is a reminder of my goal, and it is a fun little celebration to move every small increment over and fill the YAY jar!!!

3. 5 mins meditation - my BF reminded me that I haven't been meditating lately
Not the greatest of days yesterday. My last minute plans fell through and I was alone on St Patty's day. So I wallowed in sadness and food Gotta learn how not to do that.

Yesterday went very well I got in 45 mins cardio, went for a walk on my lunch break and even though we had steak I stayed within my calorie goal. I am on a roll but that's usually when I "celebrate" and sabotage myself. So just for today 3/18

Ok. Missed Tuesday's goals due to sugar craving in the evening (time of month) but wasn't too far off.
And finally today hit net goal after missing for so many days. Hurrah! And despite a meal out and wine with my dad.
Hit it due to:
- really pushing at bootcamp this morning
- - minimal breakfast and light lunch
- - choosing just olives for starter at the restaurant
- - choosing only a relatively light dessert (lemon ice cream)
- - stopping the wine after dinner when I could have had a nightcap
- - spending 6 hours decorating with my dad (mealy shoulders and neck know it!)

This is great. I don't have very many friends yet so this is perfect for me. My weight-loss has plateaued and not budged in months so I am frustrated to say the least.
Just for today I will:
Not eat late at night.
Drink more water.

I will try to get to the gym today (I know - leave out the "try" and just do it :--)). Or unwrap my new balance ball, pump it up and use it (at home). Also, my new foam roller - still unwrapped. Bought last week. I'm great @ buying, not at plying (the art and discipline of exercise). Nothing gets between me and my work obligations, which is the gremlin I need to tackle. In about a month, my schedule changes, which should make it easier to "stop off" at the gym... Good luck to all on your goals :--)0

This is my first time posting. Yesterday was a bad day and I overate by about 1000 calories.
Today I am going to:
1) drink at least 2liters of water
2) and not eat junk for my afternoon snack0 -

5. stay away from office candy jars . no but I was at work extra long and walked at least 4000 steps over my average and was still under calories even without counting the exercise.
I had good success yesterday. Today same items and I'm doing a load of towels when I get home.
