Carly you have no idea what "calorie in / calorie out" means.
The OP's name is Magerum tho.
I imagine him as a gnome mage who likes to cast Conjure Refreshment and make Mana Rum for his healers.

You should seriously consider doing less exercise.
This seems counter intuitive
Sometimes you need to do less to progress more...
...apparently.
At least that's what I've read in the MFP forums.
I've also read that this high of an exercise burn is an indication of an eating disorder. Perhaps you should consider seeking professional help?
Wow...now I really feel low. Maybe I should

- if you taking creatine, you will gain some weight
- when you first start to exercise, you will gain some weight then lose it weeks later
- your own body weight can fluctuate 2-5lbs a day. It is meaningless to say nothing is happening until you've actually lost/gained more than 10 lbs.
eg, weigh-ins (in lbs) could look like this for someone and be completely fine
mon 200
tues 209
wed 199
thurs 205
fri 202
- if you dont weigh your food then you are most likely eating too much

When you say you are in deficit, do you mean you are eating under your calorie goal of 3000 or do you mean you are eating less than your TDEE?0

OP, 3000 calories seems way high for weight loss.
You are overestimating your calorie burn.
Eat less and log everything accurately (food scale).0 -

You're welcome. If you really want to know where it's at, you'll drink structured water.
Maybe you should cut carbs. Or increase them and eat no fat. I never can get this one straight.
