    Is that your excuse? It works for everyone (awkward conditions excepted of course), if you're gaining, you're more than likely eating more than you think. You can lose weight, you just need to brush up on your discipline and be honest with yourself.

    I burn about 1000 calories doing a 1 hour 45 minute mountain bike ride up hills where my heart rate flucuates between the mid 130s to the mid 170s for an average of about 140 for the 1hour 45minutes. I doubt your burning the calories you estimate in your exercise diary. Dont eat your calories back.

    The OP eats 1300 cals in cookies, plus 1700 more in food..... The "average women" MAINTAINS on 2000 -2400 per day, no idea how the OP thinks she will lose on 3000+...

    Not everyone loses water weight at first. Like I said and other people have said, your weight naturally fluctuates, often from hour to hour. Until you have data points across a longer period of time than 2 days or even 2 weeks, you can't draw any meaningful conclusions.

    And it sounds like that hard work really paid off. Losing 1.5 pounds of fat in two days isn't bad progress at all. Just shows that those who work hard are rewarded with results.
