Yesterday, 3/13
1. try and get in a walk or ellipiticalWorked in the yard 2 hrs, then went on my 4.5 mile walk!
2. DO NOT get on the scaleI have to just peek - and luckly my weight is not up because of my bad day 2 days ago.
3. Keep sugar within MFP guidelinesHard to do, but doing it.
4. Vision myself 20 lbs lighter by next Christmas - keep that visual picture alive.
Just for today, saturday, 3/14
1. drink lots of water since I plan on working in the yard a lot today. I am seeing a pattern that if I am actually thirsty, I want ice cream or sweets. It is thirst, not hunger!
2. Log everything I eat.

Funny. I found it easy to do everything except post my just for today's. But I keep them in mind every day, and I'm succeeding. Just hit 10 lbs. lost, so0

Just for today, I'll do a set of crunches on my ball.
I had an "Aha" experience regarding my just for today's. I do not set weight loss as a just for today, because I weigh what I weigh. Gravity, you know. Instead I choose something I can control, like the amount of water I consume, that affects my life quality and my weight loss.
And I find it works best for me to pick just one thing. Something perhaps I didn't do so well on the day before. That way I can focus and achieve it.

Just for today, I willl...
1) Log everything I eat.
2) Do 20-30 minutes of cardio, even though I know I will hate it the entire time.
3) Hit my protein goal for the day.
4) Assume positive intent with everyone to stay in the great mood I've been in all week!!0 -

Oh my. Ate so much on Saturday I feel sick as I go to bed.
Lots of excuses but the real reason is I chose to find excuses and switched off from my body.

Trying get a cold. Met my goals yesterday.
Goal for Saturday
1) go to gym twice- done
2) drink 6-8 glasses of water
3) get my eyebrows waxed- vanity lol
4)stay under 1200
5) Work on crochet
