Cut med banana into 24 pieces ( 9 slices = .375 of whole)
used 1/2 tsp of nutella instead of 1
used Nasoya wrappers
sealed with water not egg
These really sounded good but in all honesty I was a bit disappointed. Maybe the banana was too ripe and/or too hot when I ate them or maybe the 1/2 tsp didn't provide enough filling? (not that there was much room in there!) It could be the texture of the baked wonton too - it seemed a bit undercooked for me. I mean, it is a pasta afterall but leaving them in there longer would have caused them to burn. They were already bubbling through the seams as it was.
I might try again with a less ripe banana and wait longer for them to cool off (or even eat them cold) and see if that helps. I have seen so many 'sounds good, gotta try this" but no real reviews after they've been made (other than one I saw who used peanutbutter)
Thanks for sharing the recipe though! It was a fun experiment.0 -

I use nutella and a banana slice on a reduced fat triscuit, then pop it in the freezer. Amazing. I really can't eat just one.0

OMG i just made these and they are seriously incredibly delicious!! i have to say i have tried many things where you bake a wonton wrapper and i always hate the texture of it, it tastes like crunchy yet doughy paper, but these actually crisp up like if you had fried them! SO good, thank you for this!0
