I would definitely be interested in another group after this. Although the scale hasn't moved much I have been a lot more accountable when it comes to meeting the exercise quota of my goal. Like I said losing inches faster than weight.0 -

Finally lost more than a pound in a week!! I am so happy! I tried eating a little more this week, because I usually have a reaaly hard time getting in enough calories on all healthy food! Guess I did something right this week!! Great job everyone!

Random Question:
What are 5 ways your life has changed since we started this challenge?
Since we stares this challenge I have noticed that I work harder to stay accountable, have good weeks and bad weeks, but am way happier! I look in the mirror and see my body becoming what it was before kids! Mind you I still have about 20 pounds to lose! I never liked coleslaw or fish, but now I crave both! I used to like going out but the food doesn't taste as good as it used to! Now I just like to go to spend time with my hubby and children!! I have also noticed that I crave an evening run, doesn't happen as much as I would like but my body is finally beginning to want the challenge!!0 -

I am totally in for another challenge! 12 weeks would be great!! By then hopefully I hit my final goal!! I am not positive what weight I want to be but sure I need to get my *kitten* in gear and lose the fat and work on the toning!!0 -

I sure would love another challenge...I think it would be great if we had something every week where we done something more or something less...for example week 1,no soda,week 2 workout 40 mins a day,week 3 do 25 jumping jacks a day etc etc, I think that would be cool for a lil spice up but its just a suggestion ...I love this challenge group no matter what0 -
