It would be useful to know where you are copy/pasting your information from. Not only would it give credit to the original author, but it's also helpful to be able to evaluate whether or not your source knows what they're talking about. As I'm sure you know, there's a lot of bad information out there on the internet.

OP - your list is nonsense for the most part. If you aren't losing, you aren't in a calorie deficit. Surely some of the articles you've read have stated that a deficit is what you really need to focus on? Hopefully?0 -
