    1. Get my morning run in :smiley:
    2. Healthy food choices :)
    3. Water water water :)
    4. Make time for myself :)

    1. Not weigh myself TILL Thursday!
    2. Morning run
    3. Make heathy food choices
    4. No snacking after 7

    3. Drink water instead of other beverages.

    So glad you found us! And love your quote - not to worry about things. Something I struggle with all the time. One thing we can control - is taking the best care of ourselves we can.     Drink more water, never have an empty glass
    Play with the small people without complaining
    Finish a module of study
    Cook something delicious

    3. Do the elliptical for at least 30 minutes
