    Starting today feeling motivated to track my calories and not over eat. Fingers crossed for the rest of the day.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? not only got my morning run in but went for a long walk with my sister. Exercise and catching up with a favorite person!
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calorie goal, water, find something to replace aquafit today

    Mood today? bummed they cancelled aquafit, I was stiff and sore from my long walks and that is the best way to loosen up

    What is today's personal goals? Exercise- done - track all food

    Mood today? :) sunny but cold out, a dusting of snow.

    Sun - No exercise, rest day
    Mon- Yoga 75 min + 10 min meditation
    Tue - Walking 35 min
    Wed- Leslie Sasone Walking & strength 37 min - 2 miles
    Thurs - Shopping with my sister, no exercise only walking
    Fri - Yoga Class 75 min
    Sat- Biking on turbo trainer with weights 30 min.

    Mood today? :) So glad to get back in my routine today. For the past two weeks I've been traveling for work. Nice to be home. Now if it would just warm up!!!

    What would I have done differently? tonight i cooked hamburgers/ french fries at home instead of going out to get this same meal... was pleased i did in the end.
