            Woo!! Ok for this week I am going to try and burn 4500calories0

            awesome!!! i'm totally up for this again. i put my hat in the ring for 3500 cals last week, and i'm going to do that again. this REALLY gave me that extra bit of motivation when i was tired or needed a bit of a push to get moving.
