As you can see, I changed this week's mini goal a few times as my weight dropped better than expected. I didn't quite make the "newest mini goal" but I blew through the original and the one after and since I lost weight this week anyway, I still feel all right. :-)0 -
2. I've realized challenges & mini-goals keep me motivated. (Hint, hint, another "Beach Ready Summer Challenge " maybe)
