    Successes/struggles this week: I started a prescribed appetite suppressant this week and a 1000-1200 calorie diet. The medication has definitely helped me stick to the calories (I have lost 6lbs), but it is still a challenge to change habits.

    Struggles/successes for the week: A new month, these weight loss challenges work well for me. Hopefully, I can recover from my back/oblique injuries and get back to core/weight workouts soon. Walking still drops a lot of pounds! :)
