    Successes/struggles this week: March's challenge really helped keep me on track and I lost 7.2 lbs. My goal every month is about 1.5/week or about 6 lbs a month (I put my goal as 6.6 as in January I only lost about 1 lbs so trying to catch up throughout the year).

    Successes/struggles this week: Very successful with daily exercise but I completely fall apart with healthy eating from Friday to Sunday.

    To copy, you should be able to left-click-scroll/right-click-copy on the info you want (just like any other document).
    Then, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. There, you should find a Reply box. (It should have your Profile Pic next to it.) Paste your 'copy' in the box. Update the info, then click the green 'Post Reply' button.

    I work full time and go to grad school part time and am planning a wedding. I need to prioritize meal planning and working out to lose 10-20 pounds by my dress fittings over the summer and maintain that loss for my wedding in November.

    Successes/struggles this week: Keep ping-ponging on the scale. I have increased my strength training and running but also need to watch what I eat. That's my downfall.

    Had great success in March. This month I'm taking a "small" vacation and have relatives coming over to visit afterwards, so it would be hard to stay on track while eating out like half the days of the month but I'll sure try!! That's why my goals would be a wee bit more modest in April than they were than last month :D
