Heh, i read the challenge as 35 flights per DAY! oh my heck! My building is 20 stairs between floors - so i did a grand total of 400 stairs if my math is correct. Yikes. Overkill!0 -

Phew, I just finished my steps and holy cow - 5 minutes of jogging up and down stairs is KILLER. Love this challenge!
I'm changing the way I count the challenge to stairs as opposed to flights b/c I'm using the stairs in my house which is 14.

Oops! I thought the challenge was for 35 flights a day... I did 30 minutes of the stairmaster... it said I did 96 floors... I am assuming that is the same as flights?

I wondered that too. Mine says (20 flights up and down) but I didn't double count, I want the most out of this workout. I'm actually trying to get 2x as many as the challenge to give myself a super duper workout this week0 -

Real quick
1) The goal is 35 flights of Stairs (Approx. 1050 steps total) for the entire week. If you would like do it every day that is GREAT!
2) If you prefer, feel free to log it as Steps instead of Flights
3) F/V= Fruits and Veggies
4) I did the Stair Master today and I counted 15 steps per floor. Therefore, for this challenge 2 floors = 1 flight on the Stair Master
5) I probably wont have much time on the computer over the next couple of days. So, if you have a question for me, inbox me. I'll get back to you as soon as I can
