    Getting back into my routine. And if I start to feel stressed I need to ditch the chocolate and eat a carrot or celery instead. Something that is healthier but will fill the pit inside me that results when I am stressed. It happens.

    I have been stuck on 10 pds lost for 3 weeks. I joined a gym and on Friday after work, I rode the bicycle 3.5 miles and worked on my arms.

    So exciting clothing development- I fit into my high school sweats, and I can button up size 16 jeans (can't breath in them just yet though). But I'm officially as light as I was when I graduated high school. And I'm on track to get down to almost 90 kgs by my SIL wedding in several weeks. (First major immediate goal.)

    I got a little bit into a funk over my weight (because I'm not seeing much of a difference in the mirror) so I put it all into excel. I put in the last 15 weeks I've been doing MFP, the goal of 1 kg/ week (more than I want), and the goal of .5 kg/ week (a little less than I want) to see where I am between them. Even with all the ups and downs, the weeks of non-movements, it's a downward slope and I'm averaging .6 kgs a week. That feels pretty ****ing good.

    I've also been off wheat long enough, been without any incidents of accidental poisoning, that my skin was silky smooth and my stomach normal. That lasted through milk, ice cream, cheese, etc. until yesterday when I tried something new and ate some favourite chips of mine I haven't had since January, only to discover after a rash appeared up and down my arms and over stomach that a lot of Coeliacs have issue with them and they're not actually wheat free. Still the past week of success with dairy has lead me to a very exciting conclusion- I'm not actually lactose in tolerant as I thought I was for almost the past 2 freaking decades- I'm just really allergic to wheat and likely have a reaction to inulin that is in some cheeses and yoghurts.

    struggles this week:
    Exercise is the big one- I just don't want to. Going to have to get over it and get my butt moving.

    Breaking past the limit yesterday - I ate a big bag of chips and a lot of other snacks and now I feel like crap. Guilty for my lack of restraint and in pain due to the presence of wheat. Just yuck.

    Oh and my goal by May 1st is to run 10 km - first on a treadmill, and then outside by the end of the month. I ran 8 km on a treadmill last week, so this is possible!

    Struggles/successes: I have a diet pepsi addiction, which makes me crave carbs. Not ready to give it up yet but am trying to cut down. I've increased my protein intake to 120g per day which replaces some of the carbs I would otherwise eat, and makes me less hungry. Aiming to keep this up for the month, and start replacing DP with water next month.

    Successes/struggles this week: Joined the busy mom 10,000 steps daily challenge. Not hitting 10,000 but I try everyday to hit 7k. Logged my meals kept the soda and sugar drinks to the minimum.
    Struggles the 10000 steps is a lot of struggle for me and the holiday kinda of mess me up a bit exercise wise.
