Maintenance @ around 130# (I watch it closely and cut back when I see more than 3 pounds above this) for 17 months now. I am 63, 5'3", was @ 290# when I began MFP. I am really happy at this weight. I got down to 122, but it was a constant struggle for me at that weight. My body likes being @ 130#.2

I am working on a recomp. Maybe even considing a slow bulk. These numbers are still well within a healthy bmi range, which is all that is ultimately important to me.
Ah, great! Did you find that you didn't want to start the recomp until you got to the 120s? I thought I'd be ready at 130 but now I'm thinking not so much.
I think it because I find that I am good with the way I look now in the lowish 130s. I think the calories needed for maintenance, I could do the rest of my life. Also my breasts are really starting to suffer from the loss of fat and I am reluctant to push it any further. I already need enough surgery as it is. I;ve lost over 135lbs since my high weight, so this is just my situation.0 -

Wow congrats everyone on your successes.
I am 5"4" at 155 and am 55 years old. According to charts I should weigh around 140... for now, I am good at this weight. Have lost 47 and feel great. I want to be realistic. I will maintain this weight for 1 year and then go back to work to lose the other bit.2 -

Currently at highest end of my range so working on getting it lower! But summers coming

5' 2" and around 107. I've always been small but after two kids, it took me many months on MFP to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. Now just trying to maintain; this app keeps me "honest".1

5'4" 127-130. Highest was 170; lowest was 117 last year, but it was not maintainable for me with my weight lifting. I'm happiest at this weight, and I have a lower body fat percentage now too.0

I am 5'7" and have been maintaining 140-145 lbs for about a year. I wear a size 6 in jeans, most of my tops and dresses are smalls, some mediums. When I get to the higher end of my range it makes me nervous, but my personal trainer just tells me to chill out!1

I'm 54, 5'6", and started at 177 pounds. Now at 145. I want to stay at 145-147. I'm muscular so weighing less is not my goal. Just trying to maintain. I'm at the weight I was in high school, but carrying more muscle, so I feel I'm more fit than during my cheerleading days.0

5'6", 145-150 range, age 46 yr old. I'm currently working on doing a slow body recomp. I don't want to be 'skinny' - I want to be strong and fit, plus I want to be able to eat at a good level (if I lost much more weight I'd have to eat a lot less and I don't want to do that). And I don't actually care about my 'weight', but more that I can do the things I want to do (aka run a bit, play field hockey, wrestle with my husband, etc).0

hi! i'm 42, 5'6" and weigh 131. i am a small on top and a 4-6 on bottom. i zumba occasionally and walk 15k or so steps a day. love good food and dislike exercise.1

I am at 5'8" and my maintenance range since summer of 2013 has been 127-134. I generally weigh 128 to 131. My newest goals include daily Barre3 and Steps to continue to improve my lean muscle mass.0

5'4" 109-113 pounds. Maintaining for 5 years at this weight, before that it was 105-109 for 6 years (after last baby was a year old and all baby weight was lost).0

5'3" My range seems to fall between 112-115. 112 is really low for me, though, I try to keep it above that. I have been maintaining for about 1 1/2 years. I did a mini-bulk over last summer and got up to 117-118, but lost it once school started again. I usually wear an XS top and 0 pants. My 0s were really tight at 117, though. Size 2 fits me well in the 120s. I lift 2-3x/wk (free weights--if only 2x then I add in a circuit with machines or dumbbells) and do cardio daily.0
