Finished day 10 of level 1 today. Starting level 2 tomorrow!0

Ran a mile and did day one level one yesterday! KEEP GOING!0

I did measurements for end of level 1.... I'm down 4.5 inches, I'm pretty happy about that. And finished day 1 of level 2 today.0

I've taken my before and after pics at day 28 because I'm in another challenge and I needed to do the pictures today.
I can't see much of a difference in the first picture, my side's may be a little bit smoother but that's me really looking
The 2nd picture is the one I'm more happy with, I love how the curves on my lower back flowing into my bum and the backs of my thighs, also my stomach is a lot flatter and my posture is looking better
Now for the facts and figures starting with my meausurements, I think my hips grew due to my bum lifting up
neck - 12 1/2 in ..... +/- 0
bicep - 12 in ..... - 1/2 in (11 1/2in)
forearm - 9 in ..... - 1/4 in (8 3/4 in)
chest - 36 1/2 in ..... - 1/2 in (36 in)
waist - 31 in ..... - 1 1/2 in (29 1/2 in)
hips - 38 in ..... + 1 in (39 in)
thigh - 23 in ..... + 1in (24 in)
calf - 14 1/2 in ..... +/- 0
I also did a fitness test at the start to and here's my 2 lots of results, as you can see they all improved, I had to see how many I could do of each in 1 minute except for the plank, I had to see how long I could hold that for.
situps - 11..... 21 (+10)
crunches - 10 ..... 29 (+19)
burpees - 5 ..... 13 (+8)
jumping jacks - 50 ..... 64 (+14)
regular pushups - 5 ..... 7 (+2)
knee pushups - 11 ..... 19 (+8)
squats - 23 ..... 41 (+18)
plank - 42 sec ..... 1 min 22 sec (+40 sec)
I will definitely be keeping this form of exercising up as it definitely works and I want to keep improving myself.0 -

I finished today and I'm so proud of myself! I took my time and didn't do it in 30 days but I did it.
I lost a total of 7lbs and 11 inches!

It was actually today that was my last day of the shred but I'm going again starting tomorrow but I doing the levels on a rotation this time.0
