Successes/struggles this week: We went camping this weekend and it rained a lot so we spent more time in the camper instead of outside. That led to more snacking than normal. I was able to squeeze in a couple of walks/runs in between showers so I was happy about that, it offset some of the extra carbs that were consumed. Hopefully at next week's weigh in I will be out of the 190's. Haven't been below that in a very long time.

Successess/struggles this week: To busy with work and Easter this weekend to do anything but got in a short 3.1 mile run last night on a off Bootcamp day. I feel my weigh in last week was a tad bloated do to water but I'll take the 4.2 lb drop, if nothing else it helps mentally. Biggest struggle has been a massive sweet tooth at night lately and honestly I'm at a financial crunch right now and trying to eat as healthy as possible while making sure the kids get everything they need is a struggle.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I am not discouraged by my "weight gain" because on Saturday I weighted 188.1. I'm attributing this "gain" to water weight. I've been doing 30 day shred faithfully this entire last week , so assume my body is holding onto a little more water than usual. I feel confident that by next Wednesday, I'll be down to 188 or 187.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Had a really good week. The weather has been beautiful, so I have been going on really long walks even though I haven't done any heavier exercise. I ate only a little over on Easter (but was still in a deficit), so I'm proud of myself for the holiday. It's crazy to think that I only have 13 more pounds until I hit my goal! My birthday is this weekend so I will allow myself to indulge (but not too much!).0 -

Successes/struggles this week: On April 3rd, I weighed in at 186.4. Later that morning we left for a short 5 day vacation 750 miles away. Knowing I would be eating on the road and in restaurants for 5 days I was hopeful of gaining no more than 2 pounds; but, I expected at least a 3 pound gain. I knew 2 long days would be spent in the car, 1 day on the golf course and 1 day as a spectator at the Masters Golf Tournament. There wasn't any opportunity for my normal exercise routine. So, I would categorize my success as the fact the struggles I had didn't cause me any grief; and, I am of the mindset I will continue to lose by doing things right.0 -
