We went to Gatlinburg this weekend and got some great pictures. I am so proud of her and all she has done. The new pix are at the bottom of the page. Proof ! You can go from size 16 to a bikini after 40, :smile:

    Wow, those are amazing pictures. Your wife was beautiful in her before pictures as well but her after pictures are truly inspiring!

    Wow! I am 42, soon to be 43, started at 186, down to 154.9 today! I was a 14/16, now all my 12's are too big! Your wife is a definite inspiration, great pictures! Clearly, weight training is also a key to success... thanks so much for sharing!

    Amazing....she should have boudoir/pin up photos taken....I did and just love them and my "new" body (my husband loved the photos as well!!)

    Wow! I now know there's hope for me. I will be 44 this Friday. I've already lost almost 30 lbs which means I'm almost half way to my goal weight. Congrats on both of your success! BTW...she looks FABULOUS in a bikini!

    Awesome job! Quick question, as your wife went down sizes, did she have loose skin at first and then over time it tightened, or did she end up needing to remove skin?
