    Successes/struggles this week: Had a really good week. The weather has been beautiful, so I have been going on really long walks even though I haven't done any heavier exercise. I ate only a little over on Easter (but was still in a deficit), so I'm proud of myself for the holiday. It's crazy to think that I only have 13 more pounds until I hit my goal! My birthday is this weekend so I will allow myself to indulge (but not too much!).

    Successes/struggles this week: On April 3rd, I weighed in at 186.4. Later that morning we left for a short 5 day vacation 750 miles away. Knowing I would be eating on the road and in restaurants for 5 days I was hopeful of gaining no more than 2 pounds; but, I expected at least a 3 pound gain. I knew 2 long days would be spent in the car, 1 day on the golf course and 1 day as a spectator at the Masters Golf Tournament. There wasn't any opportunity for my normal exercise routine. So, I would categorize my success as the fact the struggles I had didn't cause me any grief; and, I am of the mindset I will continue to lose by doing things right.

    Successes- ive been drinking alot more water. I enjoyed Easter and only went a little over in calories. And i had ONE peanut butter cup egg- one! This is huge for me lol
    Struggles- not enough protein. Also, im getting sick of my staples. Time to think of some new meals.

    Struggles: Not exercising at all :-(. Last Sunday I over indulged myself but I'm back on track again. (little disappointed)

    Struggles: In the middle of packing up my apartment and organizing a move from the US back to the UK, so have had a few days of missed exercise (although I think I've made up for this in lugging around boxes and various packing related activities!).

    Successes: Only had 1 cadbury creme egg on easter!

    Successes/struggles this week: Starting over at my heaviest weight yet. Put on a pair of pants this morning that normally fits me pretty well only to find a muffin top spilling over it. I ran over the scale and saw the horrifying disappointment. So here I am again with my tail between my legs ready to give it another go. Wish me luck!

    Successes/struggles this week: Thinking this pound might just be water weight? Struggling with making exercise a priority, but I am drinking more water and trying to keep my calorie intake within reason. But the afternoon chocolate bar has won the past two days.     Easter was bad for me. However, in general, I need to get back into exercising and doing more things. And probably longer. (I do do an hour of exercise, my striiv play just doesn't like to give MFP the time). Also going to try some full body exercises (like pushups and jump rope. I would do squats but I don't like the way I hear my knees crack and jumping jacks hurt...though jump rope won't be any better. Maybe I will do them too. idk atm).
    As well as focus on eating more of better foods. Bigger salads. Add in eggs. Buy more eggs. Trying out smoothies as well. Should probably cut back on the eating bread when I do eat it (though its really tasty). And look into foods that will help me feel fuller for longer (cause at work I just suddenly feel so hungry around 5pm. Its really weird and unnerving).

    Successes/struggles this week: Erm, I've been sticking to my calorie limit more rigidly than ever, I hate weight fluctuations, hard not to let them get you down; not even TOM!
    On a more positive note, I am making more subtle behaviour changes, gradually resulting in a reduction evening snack attacks and not freaking out by the numbers on the scale.
