    Struggles: In the middle of packing up my apartment and organizing a move from the US back to the UK, so have had a few days of missed exercise (although I think I've made up for this in lugging around boxes and various packing related activities!).

    Successes: Only had 1 cadbury creme egg on easter!

    Successes/struggles this week: ughhh, my birthday fell on easter so the whole weekend was spent with too much food, candy, and alcohol. But I did exercise all seven days! And that felt pretty good I suppose :)

    Successes/struggles this week: Starting over at my heaviest weight yet. Put on a pair of pants this morning that normally fits me pretty well only to find a muffin top spilling over it. I ran over the scale and saw the horrifying disappointment. So here I am again with my tail between my legs ready to give it another go. Wish me luck!

    Successes/struggles this week: Thinking this pound might just be water weight? Struggling with making exercise a priority, but I am drinking more water and trying to keep my calorie intake within reason. But the afternoon chocolate bar has won the past two days. My apple just isn't cutting it right now... I hope this challenge will keep me accountable to myself.

    Ice cream! Cookies! Chips! and most definitely Sweet Tea. I also have a habit of skipping breakfast and heavy snacking. My days are now filled with drinking water. Lots and lots of water. Yoga or walking and meditation.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm not eating late at night right now. I'm still struggling with emotional eating. The weekend was hard and didn't track - binged too much to be able too! However, I still lost 3 pounds :smile:

    Easter was bad for me. However, in general, I need to get back into exercising and doing more things. And probably longer. (I do do an hour of exercise, my striiv play just doesn't like to give MFP the time). Also going to try some full body exercises (like pushups and jump rope. I would do squats but I don't like the way I hear my knees crack and jumping jacks hurt...though jump rope won't be any better. Maybe I will do them too. idk atm).
    As well as focus on eating more of better foods. Bigger salads. Add in eggs. Buy more eggs. Trying out smoothies as well. Should probably cut back on the eating bread when I do eat it (though its really tasty). And look into foods that will help me feel fuller for longer (cause at work I just suddenly feel so hungry around 5pm. Its really weird and unnerving).

    Successes/struggles this week: Erm, I've been sticking to my calorie limit more rigidly than ever, I hate weight fluctuations, hard not to let them get you down; not even TOM!
    On a more positive note, I am making more subtle behaviour changes, gradually resulting in a reduction evening snack attacks and not freaking out by the numbers on the scale.
