    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? fit in bits of exercise in a busy day
    What would I have done differently? little more exercise
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calorie goal, water, just finished aquafit
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)
    Mood today? I thought I would have a light week to get ready for new job but actually worked alot and had to fit in appointments and errands around so didn't get as much exercise as I thought but not too bad

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? again, sort of... did get my 5x5 workout in but didn't walk...

    What would I have done differently? walked inside...
    What is today's personal goals? walked 15k steps today before going to see an Auschwitz display at the Freedom Museum.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? ate at iHop for supper tonight. never eaten there before tonight. it was delicious...
    Mood today? very good. had a great time at the Freedom Museum today with my family.

    It has been a whirlwind week. My grandson was born on April 3rd. Isaac Henry 8lb 10oz
    My birthday was yesterday, my hubby retired on March 31st and now Easter. I never made it back here to finish up. I am back for the Spring so here goes.


    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No, didn't track
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I went to Yoga with my daughter
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took my daughter with me to Yoga class.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Try and stay on track but it is Easter.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Medaillon pork and Kim chi rice.
    Mood today? :D new grandson

    What would I have done differently? less Easter candy?
    What is today's personal goals? this week trying to figure out how my new schedule with work new job
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)
    Mood today? I thought I would have a light week to get ready for new job but actually worked alot and had to fit in appointments and errands around so didn't get as much exercise as I thought but not too bad

    Sun -walk around Greenlake with my husband, we saw the Easter bunny, Easter turtles, listened to a redwinged blackbirds call. over 10,000 steps
    Mon - walk after dinner with my husband and more steps since I am taking the bus to work to my new job usually on a work day I only have 3000 steps but today over 8,000.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I was very active and stayed under calories despite work pizza lunch
    What would I have done differently? more water and a little more exercise
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calories and get lots of water - already went to Aquafit
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) Mod Pizza very thin crust and good salads
    Mood today? I know my decision to give up a supposed permanent job for a project job in my field was a step in the right direction. It was time. I feel good that this week I got pretty good exercise despite a job change and schedule change. I even made a dinner at home one day with good leftovers for lunch when needed.

    What is today's personal goals? Stick to my plan and track everything having
    problems with weekends as usual and get lazy on tracking.
